The Opportunity

As part of our continuous growth and development, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business & Technology Consultant   to join our consulting team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of digital transformation platform across multiple business sectors.

This role is ideal for a functional or process-oriented consultant who can bridge business needs with technology enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
• Provide consulting and support services throughout all project phases (requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support).
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct presentations, training sessions, and workshops for end users and client teams.
• Stay current with platform advancements, methodologies, and industry best practices.

 Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field ( Master’s degree will be considered a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, or applications delivery, preferably involving the implementation or optimization of enterprise platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Visio, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Fluent in Greek and English Languages.

 Pluses:

• Professional Certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP)
• Knowledge of relational databases, (e.g. Oracle, SQL)
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
