The Opportunity

We are looking for inspired Consultants, to join SingularLogic highly skilled ServiceNow consulting practice, supporting implementation projects and presales activities for our customers, for large-scale Public & Private Sector solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules across various functional areas, including but not limited to IT Service Management (ITSM)
Documenting process requirements to fulfill business needs
Defining governance structure, roles and responsibilities and required reports/dashboards

Requirements

University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field (a Master’s degree will be considered a plus)
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the field of IT Service Management, as a member of ITSM project implementation team (implementation, support etc.) or as a member of an IT team implementing ITSM internally
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and projects as required

Pluses:

Prior working experience in ServiceNow platform
ITIL certification
Servicenow certifications (es. CSA, CAD, ITSM, etc.)
Knowledge of relational databases, (e.g. Oracle, SQL)
Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Communication Protocols (e.g. HTTP, JSON, API, WS, SOAP, REST, XML)

Soft Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills- a customer-centric mindset
Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills in both Greek and English; other languages will be considered a plus
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
