About the role

B2B Cosmote is looking for an Account Manager SME based in Chania (Crete).

Duties & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

• Promote OTE Group's products and services by identifying the needs of Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) customers to provide tailored telecommunication solutions.
• Deliver high-level customer service and support, building long-term relationships of trust.
• Expand our customer network by promoting our services and products.

Required Skills

• High school Diploma
• Professional experience in Sales
• Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
• Valid driving license
• Good command of the English language (Lower)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for Technology
