About the role
B2B Cosmote is looking for an Account Manager SME based in Chania (Crete).
Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Promote OTE Group's products and services by identifying the needs of Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) customers to provide tailored telecommunication solutions.
- Deliver high-level customer service and support, building long-term relationships of trust.
- Expand our customer network by promoting our services and products.
Required Skills
- High school Diploma
- Professional experience in Sales
- Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
- Valid driving license
- Good command of the English language (Lower)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for Technology
