Logistics & Operations Coordinator

Onassis Foundation is looking for detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of the Clubs by managing logistical and operational needs efficiently across Public Onassis Schools.

In this role, he/she will coordinate supplies, equipment, and deliveries, while working closely with the Finance team and external suppliers to support the smooth implementation of all program activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Organize and track orders, shipments, equipment deliveries, and inventory, ensuring quality, sufficiency, and timely completion
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotes, contracts, and terms, while working closely with the Finance team on invoicing, payments, and procedural compliance
• Develop and maintain delivery and installation schedules, ensuring smooth operational flow across all program activities
• Prepare reports on costs, deliveries, deviations, and maintain up-to-date dashboards for the project team
• Provide operational and logistical support for educational events, ensuring accurate updates in the program’s digital platform
• Support administrative operations of the program, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communication with internal and external partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production/Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or operations management
• Excellent communication skills in both the English & the Greek Language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with ERP and logistics systems, with SAP knowledge considered a plus

Interpersonal competencies:

• Proven ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and operational tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective communication with multiple stakeholders
• Very skilled in maintaining smooth operational and logistical workflows across program activities
