Bancassurance Support Officer

We are looking for a Bancassurance Support Officer to join our Eurolife FFH team.

Role Responsibilities 

As a Bancassurance Support Officer in Εurolife Experience Center, you will be responsible to:

  • Manage and process customer’s requests
  • Manage the incoming chat
  • Identify customer’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions
  • Provide a high standard of customer service

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance or related field
  • 2-3 years work experience
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to undertake initiatives, prioritize appropriately and embrace challenges
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Flexibility and adaptability in performing additional tasks where needed
  • Fast thinker
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
