About the role

As an HR Generalist, you will support the delivery of a positive and consistent employee experience across the organization.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will contribute to a broad range of HR activities, with particular focus on employee experience, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to development, internal mobility and offboarding.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support the annual performance management cycle and related development activities.
  • Identify learning needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and support the implementation of related action plans.
  • Design and implement initiatives relating to engagement, wellbeing, recognition and organizational culture.
  • Prepare internal HR communications and coordinate company events and workshops.
  • Support employer branding, career events and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Participate in local and Group HR projects and prepare relevant reports and people metrics.
  • Work closely with HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits to ensure the effective delivery of HR services. 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a generalist or related role.
  • Good understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office; experience with HR information systems would be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, reliability, discretion and a proactive approach.
