About the role
As an HR Generalist, you will support the delivery of a positive and consistent employee experience across the organization.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will contribute to a broad range of HR activities, with particular focus on employee experience, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to development, internal mobility and offboarding.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support the annual performance management cycle and related development activities.
- Identify learning needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys and support the implementation of related action plans.
- Design and implement initiatives relating to engagement, wellbeing, recognition and organizational culture.
- Prepare internal HR communications and coordinate company events and workshops.
- Support employer branding, career events and candidate experience initiatives.
- Participate in local and Group HR projects and prepare relevant reports and people metrics.
- Work closely with HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another relevant field.
- 3–5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a generalist or related role.
- Good understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office; experience with HR information systems would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, reliability, discretion and a proactive approach.
