We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our high-caliber team, with a primary role in developing and managing clients around e-invoicing solutions.

Your contribution to the success of the team:

  • Develop new business and manage key accounts through long-term strategic relationships
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market prospects
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance and achieve revenue targets
  • Participate in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
  • Capture customer feedback to drive product improvements and new offerings
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the market, competition, and industry trends
  • Support commercial activities during RFI/RFP processes
  • Collaborate closely with Professional Services to ensure high-quality proposals and delivery
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a strong professional company image

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions)
  • Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies within the software industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
