We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our high-caliber team, with a primary role in developing and managing clients around e-invoicing solutions.
Your contribution to the success of the team:
- Develop new business and manage key accounts through long-term strategic relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities and market prospects
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Participate in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
- Capture customer feedback to drive product improvements and new offerings
- Maintain strong knowledge of the market, competition, and industry trends
- Support commercial activities during RFI/RFP processes
- Collaborate closely with Professional Services to ensure high-quality proposals and delivery
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a strong professional company image
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions)
- Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies within the software industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
