We are seeking a Team Leader – Business Software Support to lead a support team serving accounting professionals and retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Support Consultants.
  • Organize workload, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance.
  • Manage escalated and complex support cases related to accounting, ERP, and retail applications (including myDATA).
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal procedures, and customer service best practices.
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales teams to enhance applications and customer experience.
  • Manage customer requests related to system enhancements, upgrades, and application evolution.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Proven experience in business software support (Accounting / ERP / Retail solutions).
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Consultant is highly desirable.
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and labor legislation.
  • Experience with myDATA and accounting applications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with sound decision-making ability.
