We are seeking a Team Leader – Business Software Support to lead a support team serving accounting professionals and retail businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Support Consultants.
- Organize workload, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Manage escalated and complex support cases related to accounting, ERP, and retail applications (including myDATA).
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales teams to enhance applications and customer experience.
- Manage customer requests related to system enhancements, upgrades, and application evolution.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Proven experience in business software support (Accounting / ERP / Retail solutions).
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Consultant is highly desirable.
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of tax and labor legislation.
- Experience with myDATA and accounting applications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with sound decision-making ability.
