IT Support Officer

To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team an IT Support Officer

In this role, you will:

• Provide technical troubleshooting for user issues, supporting business-critical software.
• Be Technical user support on company’s sites.
• Managing technical requests via ticketing system.
• Escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels (Second Level Support).
• Handling Software installation/upgrades/maintenance (MS Office, MS Windows, Mac OS, email, etc.), troubleshooting on Windows, Mac OS, VPN.
• Preparing and Configuring the IT equipment.
• Managing\supporting meeting conferences.
• On-site support (desktop and mobile phones, printers, etc.).
• Flexibility to Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.

Your Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of Networking ( LAN/WiFi networks).
• Good knowledge of computer hardware.
• Technology literate with basic knowledge of office automation and remote support tools.
• Experience in providing application support for business-related software and user-facing applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents.
• Bonus points for experience in Sharepoint / OneDrive.
• Communicating effectively in both written and spoken Greek and English.
• Prioritizing teamwork and value collective success over individual achievement
