Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes.
Supporting the Breakfast Chef in daily buffet operations and service.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen.
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role or busy kitchen environment.
Graduate of a Culinary School.
Passion for cooking – especially early mornings and breakfast classics.
A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
Flexibility with working hours and adaptability.
