ATHENAUM INTERCONTINENTAL ATHENS
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes.
- Supporting the Breakfast Chef in daily buffet operations and service.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or busy kitchen environment.
- Graduate of a Culinary School.
- Passion for cooking – especially early mornings and breakfast classics.
- A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
- Flexibility with working hours and adaptability.
