Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes.
  • Supporting the Breakfast Chef in daily buffet operations and service.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or busy kitchen environment.
  • Graduate of a Culinary School.
  • Passion for cooking – especially early mornings and breakfast classics.
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
  • Flexibility with working hours and adaptability.
