We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. You will play a key role in providing first-level technical support and ensuring that systems and equipment operate smoothly and securely across all locations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site across BOX NOW sites.
Install, configure, modify, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Document support requests, actions taken, and resolutions in ticketing systems, maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve daily technical challenges.
Assist in deploying and maintaining network systems, ensuring reliability and security.
Participate in product UAT and QA processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide user training on systems, tools, and IT best practices.
Support and maintain enterprise antivirus platforms to ensure system security.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 platforms, including Entra, Intune, and Exchange Online.
Familiarity with enterprise antivirus platforms.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, including configurations and security.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both Greek and English.
