We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a dynamic logistics environment. You will play a key role in providing first-level technical support and ensuring that systems and equipment operate smoothly and securely across all locations. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.  

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site across BOX NOW sites.  

• Install, configure, modify, and maintain computer hardware and software.  

• Document support requests, actions taken, and resolutions in ticketing systems, maintaining accurate records.  

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve daily technical challenges.  

• Assist in deploying and maintaining network systems, ensuring reliability and security.  

• Participate in product UAT and QA processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.  

• Provide user training on systems, tools, and IT best practices.  

• Support and maintain enterprise antivirus platforms to ensure system security.  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.  

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 platforms, including Entra, Intune, and Exchange Online.  

• Familiarity with enterprise antivirus platforms.  

• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including configurations and security.  

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both Greek and English.
