As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will…

·       Analyze data to drive RM strategy to maximize RevPAR

·       Design and apply the pricing strategy for each hotel

·       Monitor the performance and ensure that each hotel meets its budget

·       Manage and track inventory

·       Analyze revenue and main business KPIs to provide data-driven recommendations

·       Track KPIs and producing reports

·       Perform data quality controls to ensure data accuracy

·       Monitor competition

·       Support hotels in the analysis of information and development in relation to RM

·       Provide ad-hoc analysis, reports and presentations for top management

Entry Requirements:

·       BSc in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Management Science and Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering)

·       MSc in Data Science/Business Analytics or similar quantitative field will be considered a plus

·       1+ year experience in a similar role within commercial department will be considered a plus

·       Excellent analytical skills with a creative approach to solving problems and presenting solutions

·       Expertise on SQL and/or Python and/or R

·       Experience using Data Visualization tools (ie Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau etc) to present useful insights

·       Experience with IDeaS RMS, Opera PMS, Webhotelier will be considered a plus

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language

·       Understanding of classical machine learning models will be considered a plus

·       Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
