MARKETING & COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our talented team, oversee a portfolio of significant clients and work closely with them to deliver services that will make their brand stand out. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Executes all marketing actions and display advertising campaigns 

• Ability to create and distribute Press Releases 

• Designs and builds our social presence through all channels 

• Fulfills the role of “Brand Guardian” for the company brand 

• Measures and assess the performance of all marketing campaigns 

• Works closely with the management team to ensure synergy of activity exists across the entire organization 

• Collaborates with internal teams to design all needed actions according to business strategy and goals 

• Utilizes the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across all channels 

• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners 

• Responsible for the company’s presence at various corporate events (conferences, forums etc), leveraging all sponsorships to their full potential 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 

• More than 2 years of experience in Marketing and Communication positions, preferably from FMCG industry. 

• Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns 

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools 

• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind 

• Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices 

• Experience delivering client-focused services to client needs 

• Exhibit exceptional project and time management skills  

• Always have a friendly disposition and remain calm even under pressure 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English  

• Excellent organizational skills 

• Advanced negotiating and consultative skills 

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
