UPGRADE Consulting, on behalf of its client, one of the leading companies in the field of compressed air and automation solutions, is seeking one (1) person to fill the following position:

 

Sales Engineer – B2B Advisor (Location: Sofia, Bulgaria)

Responsibilities
• Manage and further develop the B2B customer portfolio
• Identify customer needs and provide consultative support
• Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
• Negotiate, close and manage agreements and projects
• Handle order processing and coordinate with logistics and technical teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Profile / Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and manage customer needs
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle demanding situations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive, responsible and consistent professional attitude

 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial equipment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SoftOne, EpsilonNet, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of English and good knowledge of Greek (considered an asset)
