Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR Recruiting team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process of frontliners positions, assisting with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, and contributing to the development of a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify blue collar staffing needs in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
- Create job descriptions that clearly reflect the duties and requirements of the position.
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
- Screening Cv’s and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide candidates with necessary information and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Create short lists of resumes and sending them to Hiring Managers.
- Manage, maintain and update company’s Applicant Tracking System.
- Create a pool of candidates and build relationships of trust with them.
- Communicate with University Liaison Offices, DYPA, etc.
- Assist with organizing and participating in recruitment events such as career days.
- Κeep KPI’s to provide data to the Manager (e.g. position closing time).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
