The UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include a Junior Recruiter to its constantly growing team.

 

Location: Paiania Head Office
Department: Human Resources

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR Recruiting team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process of frontliners positions, assisting with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, and contributing to the development of a strong candidate pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify blue collar staffing needs in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
  • Create job descriptions that clearly reflect the duties and requirements of the position.
  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
  • Screening Cv’s and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide candidates with necessary information and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Create short lists of resumes and sending them to Hiring Managers.
  • Manage, maintain and update company’s Applicant Tracking System.
  • Create a pool of candidates and build relationships of trust with them.
  • Communicate with University Liaison Offices, DYPA, etc.
  • Assist with organizing and participating in recruitment events such as career days.
  • Κeep KPI’s to provide data to the Manager (e.g. position closing time).

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
