Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and support solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&O environment. You’ll be involved in everything from user training and support to integrations and light development, helping us build and maintain robust business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules, especially in finance, supply chain, and operations
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement and optimize integrations
• Assist in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and tools
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, JavaScript, or C#
• Participate in the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment and support
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering guidance and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP modules and/or CRM)
• Strong understanding of finance and operations processes and how they map to D365
• Experience with system configuration, workflows, and reporting
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and basic development (JavaScript, C#, or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; Greek is a plus
