Theon Sensors is seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Control Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various functions, including:
Key responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of inspection functions in accordance with approved procedures and/or instructions.
These functions include :
- Receipt Inspection to include staging of parts and materials
- In Process Inspections
- Final Inspection
- Assembly Inspection
- Ability to perform basic CMM inspections is an advantage
- Able to perform basic inspection using Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators and basic hand gauges.
- Detailed drawings reading
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Materials Science
- Excellent use of English language
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in similar role, will be considered as additional asset
- Visual acuity to perform inspection, read gauging and perform visual inspections
