Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to join our dynamic Investor Relations (IR) team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the IR function, ensuring efficient communication between the company and its investors, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of earnings reports, investor presentations, press releases, and regulatory filings
- Conduct financial modeling and competitor benchmarking to support investor communications
- Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and analyst reports to provide insights to senior management
- Maintain the investor relations database and track shareholder movements
- Support the planning and execution of earnings calls, investor roadshows, and conferences
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong financial modeling and presentation skills (Excel and Powerpoint proficiency required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear investor messaging
- Knowledge of capital markets, financial statements, and regulatory reporting (IFRS)
- Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR tools (e.g. Q4) is a plus
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
