We are seeking an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in managing daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, managing both personal and professional tasks.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, responding appropriately.
- Handle document management, filing, and contract administration as needed.
Qualifications:
- Up to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with experience in creating high-quality presentations (strong plus).
- Experience in scheduling and managing travel arrangements.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Flexibility with travelling
