Co-Production & Offsets Manager

With production facilities and head office in Athens, as well as subsidiaries in Germany, KSA, Singapore, UAE and USA and with more than 150.000 systems in service or under contract in over 60 countries around the world, Theon Sensors is today the global market leader in man portable Night Vision and Thermal Imaging Systems for Military and Security applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He/ She will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be familiar with offset guidelines and project implementation.

Responsibilities

Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Manage offset negotiations, drafting of proposals, project implementation, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field
Proven experience as Project Manager (aerospace/defense sector preferred)
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Previous working experience in the Middle East
Knowledge of Arab language is considered a plus
