We are expanding our business and are therefore looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in the role of Senior Financial Reporting & Controlling Analyst.

In this role you will report directly to CFO and work closely with our Group Reporting team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation of statutory financial statements (Interim/Annually) Preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and support the consolidation process
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance with IFRS and statute
  • Establish audit processes and relationships with external auditors to support the audit of financial statements
  • Coordinate and provide guidance to local accounting teams for proper application of accounting standards and alignment on reporting requirements
  • Support Company’s management with ad hoc analysis and reporting projects
  • Support the existing MIS system: analyze, collect and process data/information in order to generate reports about the current status and perspectives of the company
  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results
  • Maintaining and updating financial records

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Accounting, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Excellent reporting skills (Annual and per Quarter)
  • Good experience with formal audit processes
  • Very good knowledge of IFRS standards
  • ERP working experience (D365/SAP) would be a strong plus
  • Being a holder of professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CA, ICAS, CPA, IESOEL) will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking
  • Solid command of English language (verbally and in writing)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals, in a multinational/multicultural environment
