Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior M&A Specialist to lead and execute high-impact mergers and acquisitions for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing end-to-end transaction processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external advisors, and senior executives to drive successful deal outcomes that align with our corporate growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review acquisition strategies and assess alternatives.
  • Assess financial data, market trends and risks.
  • Perform valuation, deal structuring and enter into negotiations with target companies.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external advisors to coordinate the multiple workstreams of each project.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions to secure funding for acquisitions.
  • Prepare memos for updating the senior management.
  • Support the deal execution process.
  • Be involved in the post-merger integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of executing M&A transactions from start to finish, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Professional qualification (CFA/ACCA or equivalent) would be a plus
  • Project management skills
