Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support our expanding operations and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and business stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of complex matters, with a particular emphasis on capital markets, banking & finance and corporate transactions, including M&A.

Key requirements: 

• Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience
• Combination of top-tier law firm and in-house experience
• Strong background in: 
• Capital Markets
• Banking & Finance
• M&A and Corporate Transactions
• Experience managing complex, cross-border transactions
• Commercial mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
• Fluency in English
