Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Tender & Pricing Specialist to join our Business Development Operations team. This is an entry-level position designed for a motivated professional who is interested in developing their career in tendering, pricing and business development operations.

The role focuses on supporting the preparation of commercial tenders and pricing proposals while working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Over time, the position offers the opportunity to develop broader exposure to business development processes, including forecasting and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, compilation and formatting of tender documents, proposals and RFP/RFI responses
  • Monitor and collect information on new tender opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Production, Legal, etc.) to gather required inputs
  • Ensure tender submissions comply with internal procedures and customer requirements
  • Assist in preparing pricing models and quotation sheets in line with internal pricing policies
  • Support the maintenance and update of price lists, catalogues and internal pricing tools
  • Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids and pricing history
  • Support updates of sales forecasts and related business development reporting
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of information and approvals
  • Provide operational support to the Business Development Operations team in relevant activities

Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of pricing concepts and cost structures
  • Interest or basic understanding of bidding and tendering processes
  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
