Theon Group is looking for a Building Facilities Maintenance Engineer.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to support the maintenance and repair of building facilities, ensuring that all tasks align with health, safety, and environment standards, as well as our commitment to operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the maintenance and repair of building facilities.
  • Performing tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs on building infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Ensuring that maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Ensuring the compliance of all Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
  • Collaborating with technicians and other professionals to maintain the good condition of the facilities.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma from a Technical Institute (TEI) or Vocational Training Institute (IEK) in a technical field or equivalent.
  • Experience in building maintenance.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance principles for electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
