Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning Specialist to take a critical role in aligning demand forecasts with material availability and production capacity.This position directly impacts production reliability, schedule adherence, and overall operational performance. It is aimed at professionals who operate with structured thinking, analytical tools, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage a rolling production schedule (short- and mid-term horizons)
  • Translate forecasts into realistic and feasible production plans based on capacity and material availability
  • Monitor and analyze planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Capacity Utilization, Inventory Levels)
  • Proactively identify risks in materials, capacity, or scheduling and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales for cross-functional alignment
  • Participate in the S&OP process and support decision-making with accurate data
  • Ensure data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in Production Planning in a structured manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in forecasting and demand planning
  • Strong understanding of MRP and capacity planning
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
