Role Summary

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and working time records for all employees.The role plays a key part in monitoring daily attendance, managing the ERGANI digital time tracking system, and ensuring full compliance with labor legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate employees’ daily attendance and time records through the ERGANI digital platform

• Ensure accuracy in the recording of working hours, absences, leaves, and overtime

• Execute monthly payroll processing in line with company policies and labor law requirements

• Maintain and update payroll and timekeeping data, including salary changes, benefits, and deductions

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy

• Prepare monthly payroll reports and statutory filings (taxes, social security, etc.)

• Handle employee queries regarding working hours, salaries, and deductions

• Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance processes related to payroll

• Stay up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislation

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Payroll or HR Administration roles

• Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor law, and timekeeping regulations

• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, EpsilonNet, ADP, or similar)

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting,Finance, HR, or related field
