Role Summary  

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Machine Operator-Programmer to play a key role in delivering high-precision manufacturing solutions. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, programming skills, and attention to detail to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC Turning machines based on technical specifications and blueprints.
• Design and prepare CAM programs (Computer-Aided Manufacturing).
• Inspect initial samples to ensure they meet required quality standards and tolerances.
• Adjust and maintain machines to prevent delays and malfunctions.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve production processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Turning Machine Operator-Programmer.
• Proficiency in programming with G and M codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of CAM software (e.g., Fusion, hyperMILL ).
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing precision components.
• CNC certification is an additional asset.
• Basic knowledge of English.
