As an Assistant Accountant you will support the daily financial operations of Sthenos AI by ensuring accurate execution of accounting tasks, proper documentation of transactions, and efficient maintenance of financial records. Operating within a dynamic, fast‑growing technology environment and collaborating closely with both Sthenos and Scytalys Finance teams, you will contribute to the integrity of the company’s financial processes and supports timely reportding, compliance, and internal control.
Your responsibilities
· Supporting the monitoring and execution of recurring accounting tasks and procedures.
· Registering and processing invoices, credit notes, and financial documents in the ERP system.
· Assisting in preparing financial statements, reports, and schedules.
· Monitoring operating and financial data for accuracy and consistency.
· Maintaining organized files, archives, and financial records.
· Supporting audits and compliance processes.
· Collaborating with Finance Team on ad hoc requests and projects.
Your skills and experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
· MSc in Finance or Accounting is an asset.
· 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is considered a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
