We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our Logistics Center in Aspropyrgos and play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and the efficiency of our daily operations.

🔹 Your Role

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of the Logistics Center and will be instrumental in the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

🔸 Coordinating and overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of processes
🔸 Monitoring operational performance through logistics KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
🔸 Planning and managing the distribution of goods, including coordination with transport partners
🔸 Ensuring full compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety regulations and company standards
🔸 Managing the maintenance and functionality of warehouse equipment and cooperating closely with Facility Management

🔹 Your Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable professional who brings:

✔️ A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
✔️ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally within a 3PL environment
✔️ Proficiency in logistics systems and excellent command of MS Office tools
✔️ Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of German is considered a strong asset)
✔️ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
✔️ A proactive, analytical, and solution-driven mindset, combined with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
