Business Applications Analyst

Job description: Support, development and implementation of business information systems, with emphasis on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Main Tasks:

• Support and optimization of existing applications
• Requirement analysis and mapping of business processes and workflows
• Participation in the design and implementation of new information systems
• User support and functional monitoring of applications
• Development and maintenance of:
  - Power BI reports
  - Power Automate flows
  - Power Apps applications
• Solution documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Dynamics 365)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse (entities/tables, relationships, security model)
• Familiarity with Model-driven apps & business process flows
• Familiarity with security roles and permissions
• Knowledge of IT service processes (SLA, support models)
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both written and spoken)

Preferred skills:

• Proven experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
• Experience in Power Apps, JavaScript, DAX, SQL, REST APIs/Web APIs
• Experience in Business rules, form & view customization & workflows / Power Automate
• Ability to adapt to new systems and platforms
