Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Athens and lead our business relationships within the private sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering IT solutions that add value.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise clients in the private sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized IT solutions that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in business software solutions (e.g. ERP) 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise environments and digital transformation challenges.
  • Proven Account Management skills & ability to handle large accounts
  • University degree in a business-related field, or IT field
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) along with excellent PC literacy
