HR & Payroll Consultant

In the context of our continuous growth and development, SingularLogic is seeking a high-caliber and enthusiastic Consultant to join our dynamic team and support company's application in the field of HR & Payroll.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate with external customers (public and private sector) to understand their needs and requirements.
• Participate in the analysis, design, implementation, customization, and parameterization of the HR & Payroll application.
• Communicate specifications to developers to build and implement technology solutions on our platform.
• Provide consulting expertise for HR & Payroll software.
• Provide guidance on business processes based on a sound understanding of key functions within HR, including Payroll.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR & Payroll issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of implemented solutions.
• Stay updated with changes in government regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Payroll positions; previous working experience as a payroll consultant will be considered a strong asset.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• Very good knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures.
• Excellent customer-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Databases (SQL/Oracle).
• Good knowledge of payroll software products.
