In the context of our continuous growth and development, SingularLogic is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive the successful implementation and optimization of our HR & Payroll IT solutions, supporting both everyday client needs and ongoing project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with clients (public and private sector) to assess their needs, translating business requirements into functional specifications and actionable solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of analysis, design, implementation, customization, and parameterization for HR & Payroll applications, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, articulating complex requirements and facilitating the development of tailored technology solutions.
- Provide high-level consulting and advice on best practices in HR and Payroll processes, guiding clients on efficient workflows and compliance.
- Serve as the escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for HR & Payroll systems, proactively identifying and mitigating potential challenges.
- Ensure thorough documentation of implemented solutions and maintain an up-to-date understanding of changes in relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Actively monitor changes in payroll legislation and industry best practices, incorporating insights to improve client outcomes and solution offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in HR/Payroll consulting or payroll management roles; prior experience in a senior consulting capacity within HR & Payroll solutions is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, procedures, and familiarity with payroll software (experience with SQL/Oracle databases is a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus
- Strong client relationship management skills, with demonstrated expertise in navigating complex client environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on negotiation, team collaboration, and client success.
- Good knowledge of English language
