SingularLogic in the context of its continuous growth and development, is seeking for a high caliber and enthusiastic Support Coordinator to become part of our dynamic team in Athens.
Main Responsibilities
Contract & Agreement Management (SLAs)
Handover of the project from the PM who managed the implementation (e.g., contracts, acceptance protocols, team, technical analysis, etc.).
Creation of an electronic maintenance file for the project.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Analysis and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), where applicable.
Identification of deviations and implementation of corrective actions.
Coordination of Teams Involved in Project Maintenance
Knowledge of the technologies and infrastructures used in the project (e.g., cloud, networks, software, etc.).
Ability to coordinate internal support teams.
Ability to manage and coordinate services provided by vendors.
Familiarity with specific client agreements or requirements.
Identification and management of client requests not covered by the maintenance scope (Change Requests - CRs).
Cost & Budget Management
Monitoring contract-related costs.
Collaboration with the Sales department regarding billing of services.
Collaboration with Procurement and Presales teams for vendor agreements.
Communication & Relationship Management
Collaboration with various departments (e.g., Development, Consulting, Technical teams, etc.).
Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Maintaining effective and positive relationships with suppliers.
Ability to handle crises and resolve issues.
Creation of reports and presentation of data to management.
Proposing improvements to maintenance processes.
Requirements
Degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics).
Experience in project management, even at the coordinator level.
Experience in IT contract management.
Nice to have
Certifications or training such as ITIL, PMP, or those related to procurement/contract management.
