We are currently seeking a Real Estate Project Engineer to ensure the optimal management, development and compliance of our property portfolio.

Real Estate Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manages the technical documentation for the Group’s owned and leased property portfolio, including permits and plans
• Participates in the technical evaluation of proposals from designers and contractors
• Coordinates external engineers and liaises with public authorities and technical services to address property-related issues
• Supervises renovation works in stores and offices facilities
• Conducts on-site inspections and surveys to evaluate property conditions and collect technical documentation
• Collaborates with the Legal, Finance and Maintenance Departments on property management matters

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in property management or/and construction site supervision
• Knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
