The Sfakianakis Group, with a strong presence and over 1,300 employees, is a leader in the Greek automotive market. As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team at at our headquarters in Athens as an Human Resources Trainee.

What You'll Do:
As a Human Resources Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR processes while gaining valuable experience in core HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Assisting in the preparation of payroll reports and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
  • Managing employee queries related to recruitment, payroll, and HR policies.
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in developing a career in HR, with particular enthusiasm for both recruitment and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
