After Sales Area Manager - Suzuki

The After Sales Area Manager plays a crusial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by overseeing and optimizing all post-sales services and support.

Key responsibilities:

• Support in spare parts sales & After Sales marketing
• Implementation of commercial policy
• Achievement of qualitative & quantitative goals
• Design, implementation and corrective actions based on the results of customer satisfaction surveys
• Visit reporting
• Initiatives to improve efficiency
• Corporate travel within Greece to supervise its area of responsibility

Candidate profile:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering School
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and standards
• Willingness to travel within the designated area
• Problem-solving ability
• Ambition for professional development
