After Sales Area Manager - Suzuki
The After Sales Area Manager plays a crusial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by overseeing and optimizing all post-sales services and support.
Key responsibilities:
- Support spare parts sales and After Sales marketing activities
- Ensure implementation of commercial policies and strategies
- Monitor and achieve quantitative and qualitative goals
- Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions
- Prepare detailed visit and activity reports
- Propose and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Travel within Greece to support the dealer network in your assigned region
Candidate profile:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector
- Strong command of MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Solid knowledge of automotive industry practices and standards
- Willingness to travel regularly within Greece
- Ambition and drive for continuous professional growth
