Auto Insurance Back Office

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates and supports partners in the Auto Insurance sector.
  • Cooperates with insurance companies and partners.
  • Enters and updates customer information in the insurance management system.
  • Manages, updates and maintains client records.
  • Answers queries from clients regarding policies, claims and procedures.
  • Ensures that all insurance documentation and actions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree from a University, Technological Educational Institute (TEI), or Vocational Training Institute (IEK).
  • 2+ years of experience in an insurance company or agency is desirable.
  • Insurance Intermediary Certification will be considered an asset.
  • Proficient use of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with pricing applications (insurance company portals) and Blue Byte software.
