Auto Insurance Back Office
Responsibilities:
- Communicates and supports partners in the Auto Insurance sector.
- Cooperates with insurance companies and partners.
- Enters and updates customer information in the insurance management system.
- Manages, updates and maintains client records.
- Answers queries from clients regarding policies, claims and procedures.
- Ensures that all insurance documentation and actions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Degree from a University, Technological Educational Institute (TEI), or Vocational Training Institute (IEK).
- 2+ years of experience in an insurance company or agency is desirable.
- Insurance Intermediary Certification will be considered an asset.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with pricing applications (insurance company portals) and Blue Byte software.
