SCYTALYS is currently looking for skilled Program Managers, passionate about their field of work.

 

(Responsibilities) About the role / What you can expect:

  • Lead a Bid & Proposal team and manage timely and successful submittal of responses.
  • Lead a project delivery team throughout the execution, monitoring and closeout stages of a Project.
  • Track Project health and manage deviations from baselined constraints.
  • Report Project status to stakeholders at all applicable levels.
  • Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
  • Manage Project risks and mitigation actions.
  • Participate in Bid & Proposal efforts by developing detailed project plans to include:
  1. Statement of Work (SoW)
  2. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  3. Project Cost
  • Perform and manage project initiation (kick-off) involving project plan validation a
  1. Scope definition
  2. WBS refinement (work package activities definition)
  3. Performance schedule (Gantt Chart) creation
  4. Project resource identification and allocation, and
  5. Baseline of project constraints (scope, time, cost)
  • Manage and direct project during execution, monitoring and control phases of project life cycle.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities, and effectively manage risk mitigation actions.
  • Build high performance project teams and lead projects to a successful completion.
  • Communicate with clarity and precision to project team, leadership, and customer.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive project documentation and relevant reporting.
  • Properly close-out projects and record lessons learned.
  • Understand processes and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
  • Drive initiatives to meet the business goals of organization.

 

Required Skills:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • Experience with various approaches (Agile, Lean and Traditional) to manage the development and delivery of Software and Hardware integrated systems
  • Ability to lead a Project team and maximize engagement
  • Proven Experience with supporting competitive Public Bids/Proposals
  • Goal oriented
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project
  • Excellent English language reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
  • PMP Certification (preferable)
