Communications, Digital Marketing & CRM Manager

Automotive Consumer Solutions (ACS)

The Role

Reporting to the ACS BU Director, you will play a key role in planning and executing integrated marketing communication initiatives across multiple automotive (cars and motorcycles) brands and product categories, such as Honda, MMC, Honda Motorcycles, Honda Marine, and Maxus, and bring our brands closer to customers through impactful campaigns, engaging content, and innovative digital experiences.

This is a highly creative and hands-on role focused on communications, marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent brand presence and compelling customer engagement across all touchpoints.

• Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing assets, including brochures, videos, POS materials, presentations, and other communication tools.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create engaging content for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and update website content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and a strong customer experience.
• Coordinate social media activities and work with external agencies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches, promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all communication channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital innovations, and consumer behavior insights to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Manage CRM communication campaigns, including email marketing and customer engagement initiatives across the ACS portfolio.
• Support customer retention and lead nurturing activities through targeted CRM programs and customer journey communications.
• Brief and coordinate creative, media, digital, and production agencies.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

✅Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

✅5-8+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role

✅Strong content creation and copywriting skills in both Greek and English language

✅Experience managing digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns

✅Knowledge of SEO, GEO, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns

✅Excellent project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✅Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality execution

✅Hands-on, proactive, and creative mindset

✅Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

✅Previous experience in automotive, mobility, retail, or consumer-focused industries.

✅Experience working with CRM and email marketing platforms

✅Experience working with creative and media agencies

✅ Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants)
